Mr. Figueira: Ok, class, what does it mean to talk kindly?
Greg: oh, oh, I know an example. It means to talk in a gentle voice. Like,he talked in a high pitched soft voice. “HI” he sounded like a mouse.
Mr. Figueira: good job Greg!
Kyle: is quicksand also known as mud?
Me: Yeah, I guess quicksand is mud.
Kyle: we should call it “quickmud!”
Bryant: True of False, what is the capital of Utah?
Mr. Figueira: That is not a true or false question...
Tashina: Guess what movie comes out today?
Me: My bloody Valentine 3D
Isaac: that movie would scare right me right out of my pantie-hose!
Kyle: GRRRRRR!!!! (kyle did this out of frustration trying to scare Mathew away.)
Mathew: HEY! That doesn't scare me...
Kyle: WELL THAT DOESN'T SCARE ME EITHER!!
Kyle: Satanophobia is a fear of Satan.
Bryant: Who wrote Lasagna?
Peer Tutor: That says Languages...
Me: OK class, what does it mean to talk quietly and kindly?
Greg: it means to not call people migite or pest
Greg: Hey, I know who bad strangers are Mr. Lauret. They are the ones with cigarettes and tattoos!
Ben: If I were blind, I wouldn't be able to see!
Question of the day: What is the weirdest thing you've ever eaten?
Kyle: The weirdest thing I've eaten was an ant. I wanted to torture it, so I swallowed it whole!
Mr Figueira: Ok Blake, where has Mr. Lauret been?
Mary (peer tutor): he's been to Portugal and Mexico
Blake (peer tutor): oh, he's been to Portugal and Mexico
Me: Thank you Blake for reiterating what Mary said.
Blake: your welcome.
Mary (says to me secretly): I have a dog named Blake...haha
Greg: Hey Mr. Lauret, guess what I saw on the computer?
Me: What?
Greg: I saw Disney's fantasmic! I was surprised like Ronald McDonald!
Question of the Day: What do you like to play?
